  • Objective
    The Aims and Objectives of the Association are:
     (a)    To promote the Science, Pharmacy, Healthcare and research in all facet.
     (b)    To hold symposium, conference, workshop  and exhibitions for promoting the scope of profession of Regulatory affairs in science, biotechnology, agriculture pharmacy ,Healthcare, research and development.
     (c)    To establish professional identity, ethics and standards for regulatory affairs personnel in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, agriculture, cosmetics and  toiletries, Medical devices, Food, chemical, Healthcare, research and development and related fields.
     (d)    To protect and promote trade, manufacture, distribution and sale of drugs, vaccines, medical devices, cosmetics and toiletries, insecticide and pesticide and food manufactured in India. Which shall hereafter be known as “products”.
     (e)    To protect and promote trade, import, distribution and sale of drugs, vaccines, medical devices, cosmetics and toiletries, insecticide and pesticide and food manufactured overseas. Which shall hereafter be known as "imported products".
     (f)    To protect the interest of the members in matters of legislation or action or order by any Indian statutory authorities and other related government bodies affecting the products and/or imported products.
     (g)    To assist in International cooperation and collaboration between Indian statutory authorities and/or industry and/or  members of association and International statutory authorities.
     (h)    To give support to any Indian statutory authority( i.e., Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Drugs Standard Control Organization, National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, Bureau of Indian Standard ,Indian Council of Medical Research, Central Bureau of Narcotics, Indian Pharmacopeia commission, National Institute of Biological, Central Drugs Testing Laboratories, Food Safety and Standard Authority of India ,Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Central Board of Excise and Customs, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Consumer affairs and Public Distribution, Ministry of Agriculture and Pollution control Board etc.) in preparation of Act, Rules and Guidelines pertaining products and imported products.
     (i)    To promote a feeling of organization and co-operation amongst its members and others in the trade, and harmony on all subjects connected with their common products and /or imported products.
     (j)    To provide a forum for the development and sharing of new concepts and new approaches in the regulation of products and/or imported products.
     (k)    To create awareness and educate the public against the use of adulterated , spurious and misbranded products and /or imported products and to stop all unfair competitions amongst the traders or manufacturers
     (l)    To extend the activities of the association all over India and also to acquire the co operation of raw materials importer/manufacturer and trader of API/chemical agent and other related items.
     (m)     To promote and organize scientific and technical session to advance the trade , import and manufacture products and/or imported products as also to improve and maintain a National /International standard quality, safety and efficacy of products and/or imported products.
     (n)    To print, edit and publish any newspaper, e-newspaper, magazines, e-magazines, journals, e-journals, books, e-books documents or leaflet and other publications that the association may think desirable for the promotion of its objectives.
     (o)    To promote and offer education, science and training to the professional/students preparing for the profession of science, pharmacy or those already engaged in foods / cosmetics and toiletries/ Pharmaceuticals/ drugs/ vaccines/ biotechnology/ medical devices regulatory affairs.
     (p)     To undertake ,carry on or promote scientific and technical research, experiments and tests of all kinds in pharmaceutical ,drugs, vaccines, medical devices, cosmetics and toiletries, food ,chemicals and allied sciences.
     (q)    To promote and encourage the use of as much Indian raw materials as may be available in the manufacture of products consistent with economy and equality.
     (r)    To do all such other things as are subsidiary or conductive to the attainment of all objectives.
     (s)    To collect and circulate relevant statics and information of all kinds.


To improve and strengthen the trust in regulatory bodies by excess to timely useful and relevant health and safety information to all stakeholders and general public.
